I had an accident at the beginning of December last year and called Benita from the accident scene asking advice re towing the other vehicle away and some details regarding the reporting thereof. Her input was extremely helpful and accurate. With regards reporting and processing the claim, she was extremely efficient and methodical, and the claim was approved, and a panel beater appointed within a day. She also helped in assisting the “affected” party with respect to a third party claim. Benita must be commended for the way she handled the claim from start to finish.
